Ingredients of Gula Melaka Steamed rice cupcakes (Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free)

  1. Prepare 2/3 cup of Rice flour.
  2. It’s 1/2 cup of Soymilk (sweetened).
  3. Prepare 3 tsp of coconut Oil.
  4. It’s of Chopped Gula Melaka.
  5. You need 1 tsp of Baking powder.

  1. Place chopped Gula Melaka at the bottom of small tin foils.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. And combine well. Pour batter into tin foils till 80% full..
  3. Place tin foils into a flat bottom frying pan and carefully with hot water to 1/3 height of tin foils. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and cover and cook for 7 mins..
  4. Be careful not to allow the condensed water to drip onto the cupcakes. Enjoy!.
