  1. Starting with slow cook soup with pork bone β€’ salt β€’ rock sugarβ€’soy sauce β€’ turnip β€’ onion β€’coriander root β€’ garlic β€’white peppercorn β€’simmer and skim 1 hour on low heat β€’ keep continue skim surface until clear β€’ Add homemade pork balls.
