  3. It’s 4 Cups of cold water.
  4. It’s 2 cups of Very hot water (to add to seasoning).
  5. It’s of Seasoning.
  6. You need 1 Tbsp of galic.
  7. It’s 1 Tbsp of ginger.
  8. Prepare 1 Tbsp of green onion.
  9. You need 1-2 tsp of red pepper flakes, or cayenne, or green chili.
  10. It’s 2 tsp of sugar.
  11. Prepare 1 Tbsp of salt.

  1. Wash and chop your vegetables.
  2. Soak your vegetables in cold water and salt. 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Drain water. And squeeze out water from your vegetables. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl add seasoning.
  5. Pour your boiling water over the seasoning, stir with a spoon.
